I added the ability to subscribe to this blog via Atom/RSS, which you can read with appropriate software, such as RssReader. I’m not as much of an early adopter as I used to be – a sign of getting older – but I finally realized that I could save a lot of time by having my news come to me instead of having to go find it (with the use of web browser bookmarks, of course).

With RssReader, you set up the feeds that you want to read, and it gets them automatically and as frequently as you could want. The interface is a little clunky, and it took a while to get it to work with our proxy server, but everything is good to go. If you have your reader installed, just use the Site Feed link on the right.

The next step will to add functionality so that people can comment on these musings. Maybe next quarter.
